Kelybu is directed at adults who teach young children. It is not directed at children.

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• We do not offer accounts for children.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
• We do not show ads.
• We do not sell personal information.
• Please do not upload photos, voice, or work samples that identify a child.
• Sexual content and child accounts are prohibited; see the Acceptable Use Policy and Terms.

If you believe a child gave us personal information, write to [email protected]. We will delete it.

Child-facing digital activities, if launched later, will not go live without an updated policy, parental or school consent where required, and legal review under COPPA, FERPA, and Florida student-privacy law.

Kelybu does not claim to be “FERPA certified.” Version 1 does not ingest education records or student logins. School use that requires students to enter the product would need a separate written agreement and data-privacy addendum after counsel review.
